OUR OBJECTIVES .

The Civilian Agenda amplifies civilian voices, placing them at the forefront of international discussions on armed conflict. Through harnessing the power of first hand accounts, investigative reports, and multimedia storytelling, we aim to shape public opinion, influence policy and drive political change to protect the rights, dignities and wellbeing of civilians worldwide.

HOW WE WORK.

1. Observing International Movements and Diplomatic Processes

We believe in the power of empathy and compassion to connect people across borders and backgrounds. Our commitment to understanding and acknowledging the narratives of civilians caught in the crossfire of armed conflicts drives us.

2. Translating War Issues into Films

Armed conflicts are multifaceted, but The Civilian Agenda's attempts to capture these layers into narratives of civilians to help human stories resonate more closely with audiences.

3. Screening Films to Spark Change

Partnering with screening cinemas and hosting events with partners, The Civilian Agenda amplifies civilian voices and bring their narratives to the forefront of global conversations.
